Strength
Striking a Balance.
Finding his way through uncharted territory is just the sort of adventure that appeals to Roger Troost. With a passion for exploration, having nature underfoot proves to be a source of inspiration and endless discovery.
For Roger, establishing a strong foothold requires equal balance in the four corners of life: "professional, spiritual, social and physical". It is a fundamental principle he hopes to inspire for all associates in his charge. As Morrison Industrial's President, he encourages employees to "Strike that balance. Don't put too much focus on any one area, or the other areas of your life will be compromised".
Roger may be perceived as intense in his direction of 13 branches and Morrison subsidiaries. But in every area of life he applies the same intensity. From exploring nature and the world to enjoying his family and new grandson. From participating in door-to-door food drives and volunteer church activities to improving his golf game or learning salsa dancing - each opportunity is approached with the same enthusiasm.
