You're at the starting line with thousands, waiting to begin. Waiting to run. There is no question you'll be completing this race. After all, the finish line is only 26 miles away.

Qualifying seven times for the Boston Marathon is a feat that places Dale Monticello among an elite group of runners. As a participant in 10 marathons with a personal best time running Boston at 3:08, it is no surprise that determination, drive and sheer energy are components that keep sending Dale across finish lines and contribute to his philosophy as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Morrison Industrial.

Prior to joining Morrison in 1980, Dale Monticello spent 9 years in public education developing alternative education for disenfranchised students. To that experience Dale states "I felt my education of life had just begun." Motivating America's youth in the 70's and empowering Morrison's present day account executives is all about bringing out the best in people and helping them to pass that passion on to others.
