Morrison Industrial Equipment Company was presented the 2020 OEM and Promatch® Parts Dealer of the Year Award. They stated that each Dealer of the Year nominee is crucial to their success. In addition to demonstrating exceptional performance, the dealers are recognized for their commitment to our partnership.
Mitsubishi Logisnext | Rapidparts’ Parts Dealer of the Year Award was developed to recognize the dealers that meet or exceed their parts forecast, achieve year-over-year parts growth, increase replacement parts sales per truck, and display commitment to the parts business as a partner with Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas Inc. and Rapidparts Inc.
Morrison Industrial Equipment Team, I am writing to both thank you and congratulate you on being named a 2020 OEM and Promatch Dealer of the Year. While the award does include some objective measures like forecast achievement, we rely on our regional sales managers to nominate those dealers that display a commitment to the parts and service business that goes above and beyond other dealers. This subjectivity, whether it is utilizing our Operations Excellence programs, converting purchases to us, penetrating competitive accounts, partnering with us on Lift Truck Solutions, or any number of other things, is what made your dealership stand out over the crowd.
It’s hard not to be optimistic about the upcoming year after what we’ve all been through for the past year and a half.
